Few men at Newcastle have looked as good as Sean Longstaff in recent weeks. He wasn’t known to many fans prior to the start of the season, but under Rafa Benitez this term, the Englishman has arguably been one of the Magpies’ most impressive players.
He’s controlled the midfield with his fantastic tackling and aggression, whilst his range of passing and great agility have made him an asset moving forward, too.
The Englishman was at his best on Tuesday evening when Newcastle took on Burnley. He was instrumental in our 2-0 win, even picking up his first Premier League goal in the process.
He’s since taken to Twitter to celebrate the win, and unsurprisingly, lots of Newcastle fans have been issuing their own comments on the fixture.
