Newcastle Still Looking To Break Transfer Record For Brazilian Star

|

With the Newcastle support eager to see the club bring in some new players this close season, here at Vital Newcastle we’ve already covered the possibility of serious expenditure on two possible signings.

The first, Click Here, covered the possibility of Newcastle bringing the Chelsea player, Kenedy, to the club on a permanent basis.

Kenedy, 22-years-of-age spent a successful loan period with Newcastle last season.

The second, Click Here, which we covered more recently, reported on the increasing speculation linking Andros Townsend with a return to the club.

However, according to the local news source, the Chronicle , Newcastle’s interest in Townsend hasn’t dampened their desire to sign Kenedy for what would be a club-record transfer fee.

But, and here is where you come in, which of the duo, if the club were only able to buy one, would you prefer to see wearing our famous black and white striped shirt next season?

My personal view would see the club bring Kenedy back to the club, the Brazilian showed during his loan spell that he would be a decent acquisition and would improve the starting eleven.
