Newcastle Games Picked For TV In March

|

Earlier today the picks for games to be shown live on TV were revealed, and it was no surprise to see Newcastle heavily featured.

The Magpies have become a bit of a feature on TV lately, as Tuesday’s Carabao Cup semi-final was the first of NINE consecutive games that will be broadcast live on TV in England.

With the new list of televised games released today, all three of Newcastle’s fixture in March will be shown on either BT Sports or Sky Sports.

Starting with Saturday 4th March as our trip to the Etihad Stadium to take on Manchester City has been chosen by BT Sport as 12:30pm kick-off. As things stand right now, Newcastle are six points behind the Champions, so that could turn out to be a crucial game if we’ve managed to keep pace with the top four by then.

We are then back on your TV screens the following Sunday 12th March for a Sky Sports televised 4:30pm kick-off when we take on Wolves at St James’ Park.

And rounding off the March fixtures is another Sky Sports game, this time a Friday night game on 17th March kicking off at 8pm as we come face-to-face with the might of Chris Wood as we travel to The City Ground to take on Nottingham Forest.

Sky Sports are showing our second-leg tie against Southampton as well as our next three league fixtures against West Ham (h), Bournemouth (a) and Liverpool (h), while BT Sport will follow that up our game against Brighton (h) which takes us up to Etihad trip in March.

Keep that TV money coming!
