Newcastle United have struggled to find consistency so far this season and have won just one of their first 11 matches in the Premier League.
A vital first win was secured last weekend against Watford, where Ayoze Perez scored the only goal of the game, but the Magpies have found the net just seven times – which shows there is plenty of room for improvement in front of goal.
Salomon Rondon, on loan from West Brom as part of the deal that saw Dwight Gayle go to the Championship promotion chasers, is yet to find the net during his time with the Tyneside giants but fans are hopeful he picked up a few tips this week.
Former favourite Andy Cole returned to the club this week after being inducted in the Newcastle Foundation’s Hall of Fame and Rondon posted a picture on Twitter alongside the ex-striker.
Fans on social media then responded and we have gathered some of the best reactions below.
Hope his magic rubs off on you! He made the hardest part of the game look absolutely effortless !
