Newcastle United find themselves rooted to the bottom of the Premier League after 10 games this season, level on points with Huddersfield Town, and the pressure is mounting upon Rafael Benitez’s side.
The Magpies have admittedly faced some difficult tests already this season, tackling Tottenham, Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea, but the performances have left a lot to be desired.
A crucial run of games are now on the horizon up against Watford, Bournemouth, Burnley, West Ham, and Everton, all of which are winnable on paper, which seems to have given fans hope of a turnaround that would see the club avoid relegation to the Championship.
Responding to a question on Twitter as to whether Newcastle would be successful in their hunt to avoid the drop, many fans believed there was still a chance and, despite the poor form shown so far, improvements can be made.

2 sides to the story we’ve played the top 6 pretty much in the first 8 games there’s been at least 2 we should of won by now from them we are in trouble but we ain’t had an easy start. Like previously stated I think one win could lead to 2-3 maybe massive boost in confidence
