Lots of Newcastle fans have responded on Twitter to the claims that Valentino Lazaro will be signing with the club in the coming days.
There have been times when this deal has looked dead certain, times when it has looked unlikely, and now it seems it is going to come off, with Gianluca Di Marzio claiming that a loan deal has been agreed.
It is said that the club will pay €1.5m (£1.25m) loan fee for the player and have the option of signing the Austrian permanently €23.5 (£20m).
Just yesterday, Corriere dello Sport claimed that it was a two-horse race between RB Leipzig and Toon for the signing of the wide man, but it seems that Newcastle are the team who will be taking the Inter man on loan.
