The Mirror tonight ran a story in which they say Rafa Benitez has secured the loan services of another player.
The player in question is Kenedy from Chelsea who plays on the left hand side and is a versatile sort although he’s supposedly mainly a winger that covers at the back.
As he is 21 years old, he wouldn’t have to be named in the forthcoming 25 man squad so it wont push anyone out that’s already pencilled in but it may leave question marks over the likes of Rolando Aarons who is battling back from various injuries.
Kenedy hasn’t featured too many times for Chelsea and was sent on loan last season to Watford before injury cut that short. This Summer though has seen him hit the headlines and got him in major trouble in the Far East.
Some posts on social network offended the Chinese that much that it has damaged the reputation of Chelsea enough for Kenedy’s career to be more than likely over for them, thus making him available for a move.
The player is Brazilian and has featured at youth levels for his country and as soon as any confirmation is forthcoming then we will confirm any news.
