Newcastle fans know that they are thin on the ground when it comes to the striker department. The Magpies have got just Joelinton and Yoshinori Muto fit with both Andy Carroll and Dwight Gayle out, however, the fans are questioning what’s wrong with Gayle.

The striker spent last season with West Brom on loan in the Championship but he has now returned to Newcastle and it yet to appear this season as a result of an injury, that Steve Bruce has now claimed is getting no better.
Bruce’s comments came via The Chronicle and the supporters are desperate to just find out what is wrong with their player, as none of them seem to know exactly what the issue with him is.
