Totum Sport’s products are used to support hydration, performance and recovery across a range of sports, including football, and are optimised to supplement athletes at a cellular level.

The supplements – suitable for vegetarians – are said to maximise the health of all cells and to optimise the body completely, and are harvested from 20-30m below plankton blooms in the Atlantic Ocean.

Each item is transported under carefully controlled conditions back to Totum Sports’ pharmaceutical-grade laboratory, and are sold in a ready-to-drink sachet after being cold micro-filtered.

It is recommended that athletes take Totum Sport’s supplements ten minutes before exertion, on an empty stomach and to only drink water thereafter, in order to best prepare cells for exercise.
