Swiss Midfielder on Keegan’s radar

According to The Daily Mail ‘Newcastle are preparing a £4m bid for Swiss international Gokhan Inler, after the midfielder impressed manager Kevin Keegan during Euro 2008.

Despite the co-hosts’ early exit from the tournament, Inler’s performances convinced Keegan that he would adapt easily to the Premier League.’
