With, at the time of writing, the kick off down in South Wales, a little over thirty minutes away, Rafael Benitez has named his starting eleven.

In the world of social media, and as we’d expect when it comes to such a volatile subject as a starting eleven, not everybody is happy with the eleven the boss has chosen.
Much of the criticism surrounds the selection of Joselu, even though the striker took his goal well in our opening fixture defeat against Tottenham Hotspur.
Several posts we stumbled upon are of the opinion that Rafa should have gone for Salomon Rondon as the man to lead the line believing his power and all-around strength would prove beneficial to the side.
Below, are several posts illustrating the above point:
Rondon should be starting tbh.. Fernández in for Clark too ????

Love how people are saying here come the people moaning about Joselu, obviously that shows that they know themselves why people are moaning, he’s woeful! Massively need a target man vs. Cardiff today as Joselu will get outmuscled today.
