Newcastle United striker Joselu took to social media yesterday evening to post up a Tweet from yesterday’s training session, I presume, as we continue our preparations for a return to Premier League action this Saturday after the October international break.

We head into the game sat in 19th place in the top flight table and we are winless so far in the season of 2018/19 in the league having only picked up two draws. Rafa Benitez will be hoping that changes this weekend as we search for that first win.
Although the fans are still behind the manager and the squad, there is obvious frustration within the fanbase and that is aired in all directions, not least owner, a defence and a misfiring attack.
No doubt Joselu’s message was meant to convey ‘working hard’ ahead of the game but some didn’t take it that way.

As can be seen from the above, reactions were mixed and there are some I can’t print, but there was also support for the 28-year-old and he’ll certainly be hoping to add to his two goals so far this season.
