An interesting piece of transfer speculation appearing in the media this morning could very well unsettle the Newcastle United support.
Lurking in the pages of the popular tabloid publication, the Sun, is the inference that our classy centre-back, Jamaal Lascelles, could be set to leave the club.
Seemingly, Lascelles could be set to move to Leicester City thereby enabling the Midlands club to replace their own centre-back, Harry Maguire, who our referenced source suggests is headed for Manchester United, on the back of some excellent performances, for England, at the 2018 World Cup.
The speculation, as you can imagine, has garnished some views on the social media network with regards to our club captain:

Now I’m petty definite Leicester City will not offer anything close to that figure.

the club can accept offers but why would he want to go to Leicester anyway he said no ones looking for a move to a bigger club and he said he’s happy here he’d just be going to a different team in the same league and his wife is pregnant so I’m not sure she wouldn’t want to leave
