Our start to the season, points-wise, has been abysmal.
A solitary point from the first fifteen available is definitely relegation form, but still, the fans flock in their droves to support the team.
This weekend Newcastle United face a mammoth trek to South London, to take on Crystal Palace, but such a long trek means nothing to the Newcastle support.
The club, via social media, have announced that the entire allocation of away tickets, close to 4000, have all been sold:
???? SOLD OUT: Tickets for this weekend's game at @CPFC have now sold out.
Rafa Benítez's men will be backed by just under 3,000 travelling supporters at Selhurst Park – thanks for your wonderful support.

Th announcement, just as you’d expect has brought some comments from the faithful:
Wonderful support….
And yet the fans aren't rewarded either ON or OFF the pitch.
Why bother?#NUFC

Because it’s what we do, it’s in our blood.
And the platitudes continue:
For a team who is 19th in the league, haven’t won a game, fans are staging protests outside the club shop in order to get Mike Ashley out, we still support Rafa and it shows here, great backing from the lads. #NUFC #IfRafaGoesWeGo

Best fans!

Yes, we are and I can’t imagine what the increase in support would be like if we were to be successful on the pitch and land a trophy.
But those travelling to South London need to witness something:
Need a win here lads. Nee excuses

A win, that’s right, it sees a long time ago we savoured that sweet feeling.
