The Daily Mail are reporting that Kenedy has agreed to sign for the club on a season-long loan. Journalist Ben Nagle reports that the Brazilian is committed to returning to the North East pending an agreement with Chelsea.
The 22-year-old was superb during his six-month stay at St James’ Park and the club have been determined for the player to return either on loan or on a permanent basis.
Fans are excited by the prospect of Kenedy’s putting on the Black and White shirt again, although some are waiting for a more reliable source to confirm the news:

The Chronicle are reporting that although we are the frontrunners for the winger’s signature, no agreement is in place with Chelsea at the moment. Talks are said to be ongoing, and it’s likely a final decision will only be made after the Blues resolve their managerial situation.
Still, even if the Mail has jumped the gun here, it’s good to hear that the Brazilian Under 23 international could, once again, be plying his trade at the club next season.
