Good Signing – These Newcastle Fans Keen On Club Making Bid For Another West Brom Player

|

Salomon Rondon’s arrival on loan from West Brom is believed to be imminent with Dwight Gayle expected to go the other way.

The striker is however not the only Baggies player that we are looking at with both the Daily Mail and the Sun reporting that Kieran Gibbs could be an option if a move for PSG’s Stanley N’Soki doesn’t work out.

When I asked supporters whether a bid for the former Arsenal defender would be a good move for the club, quite a few thought he would be a good signing:

The Chronicle’s chief sports writer Lee Ryder believes that Ajax’s Nicolas Tagliafico could be the club’s main alternative to N’Soki so Gibbs seems to be pretty down the pecking order in terms of priorities.

However, we may have issues agreeing on a transfer fee for our top two left-back targets so a move for the West Brom fullback cannot be ruled out. The 28-year-old only signed from the Gunners last August but could be tempted by a return to the Premier League.
