Plenty of Newcastle United fans have reacted on Twitter to the rumours that they are chasing RB Leipzig striker Yussuf Poulsen.
According to Bild, the Danish forward has let RB Leipzig know that he wants out in the summer – and Newcastle are said to be interested.
The report states that he could be available for around £30m, but they face competition for the striker as West Ham and Everton are also said to be keen on him.
With Leipzig challenging for the title and in the final eight of the Champions League, Poulsen has found himself with limited opportunities, even if he has racked up 29 appearances for them so far.
From those games he has managed to score three and assist 11, so he still has been able to make an impact despite starting just 17 times.
Fan account @NewcastleFanTV tweeted about the story, to which many fans responded with their personal opinions.
There was a pretty mixed response, with some suggesting that he was a better alternative to Joelinton while others just said it would be the second version of him.

If Poulsen was to leave the club, it would be an end of an era for many Leipzig fans.
With the club on such a rapid uprise, he has been consistent through much of it, racking up 248 games for the club, while scoring 61 and assisting 49.
